How it works
01 — Acquire
Anonymous secret shopper purchasing
Every sample is purchased directly by BatchIQ staff through standard consumer channels. Vendors are never notified. Every purchase is receipted and logged with a documented chain of custody from receipt through result.
02 — Test
Accredited US laboratory analysis with independent verification
Samples are tested by a primary accredited US-based laboratory. Any result that triggers a discrepancy threshold is sent to a second independent lab for confirmation — and labs are rotated periodically as an additional quality control measure.
03 — Publish
Every result on the record. Permanently.
Every vendor's complete test history is publicly visible and never removed. No result is suppressed. No vendor can influence what appears. The record is the record.
Testing dimensions

Every sample is evaluated across five independent dimensions. Scores are numerical, never letter grades. A composite weighted score is published alongside all five individual dimension scores — because what matters most depends on how you use it.
